The B2B Fleet Sales Support Role

Park's Carlisle is looking for a B2B Fleet Sales Support to work closely with the Business Centre and wider team, ensuring Customer Experience is maximized at vehicle handover, during experiential events, and ride and drive days. Moving and organizing vehicles to ensure efficient logistics and site accessibility are key responsibilities.

One Toyota Fleet aims to deliver a one-stop shop for all our Business Customers' needs, via multiple channels to market, maximizing Customer and Vehicle Lifetime Value across leasing, ownership, mobility, and insurance products and services.

Responsibilities
  • SLA performance via the Direct Supply programme
  • Customer experience from order to delivery
  • Pipeline management of the Business Centre order bank
  • Logistics and vehicle preparation
  • Customer Relationships
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience in administration or sales support
  • Customer handling with a customer-first approach
  • Automotive experience (preferable but not essential)
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Flexible work hours and occasional travel for work and training
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good education: at least National 5s in English and Maths, ideally Highers or equivalent
  • Proficient IT skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and social media
  • Interest supporting work-life balance
