The B2B Fleet Sales Support Role

Based in Carlisle, the role involves working closely with the Business Centre to maximize customer experience during vehicle handovers, events, and logistics. The role supports delivering comprehensive services to our business customers across leasing, ownership, mobility, and insurance products.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Maintaining SLA performance via the Direct Supply programme
• Enhancing customer experience from order to delivery
• Managing the pipeline of orders
• Vehicle logistics and preparation
• Customer relationship management

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in administration or sales support
• Customer handling skills with a customer-first approach
• Automotive experience preferred but not essential
• Full UK driving license
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Flexible working hours and willingness to travel
• Strong communication skills
• Educational background with at least National 5s in English and Maths
• IT skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and social media
