Job Description:

The overall objective of the Group Procurement and Sustainability department is to develop common product and service portfolios that align with our brand and local presence, while implementing initiatives to enhance our social and environmental impact.

At Rentokil Initial, Procurement and Sustainability is a strategic function that drives a strong ESG agenda and improves organizational profitability by ensuring optimal purchasing decisions—buying the right products, at the right cost, from the right sources, in the right quantities, and delivering them to the right customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Work with category experts in both Direct and Indirect Procurement to analyze categories, extract cost savings, and maximize value.
2. Participate in supply chain planning and finance to gain broad exposure across the function.
3. Support the delivery of sustainability initiatives related to products such as Pest Chemicals, Hardware, and Consumables.
4. Organize and monitor data supporting key metrics and deploy initiatives that add value to Rentokil Initial.
5. Engage with internal stakeholders and maintain relationships with external suppliers.
6. Participate in ongoing graduate training and group projects.

Requirements:

• Legal right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Graduated within the last 4 years.
• Demonstrated interest and passion for procurement and sustainability functions.
• Ability to work at the Crawley site.
• Willingness to attend and complete the recruitment process, including assessment center.
• Availability to start with Rentokil Initial in early September.
• Work experience is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus but not essential.
