Project Manager

Full-time, Permanent

As the project manager within the 2Excel Capability Development team, you will support projects through the administration of project management tools and coordinate the project delivery team to achieve set objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Adhere to, and develop, our project management procedures.
2. Generate project data as directed by the Engineering Project Lead, Programme Manager, or Head of Programme Support.
3. Monitor and report on subcontractors involved in design, manufacturing, and installation from a programmatic perspective.
4. Provide feedback on improvements, efficiencies, and enhancements to work processes under various project governance frameworks.
5. Review bids and proposals, including their weighting.
6. Support the daily operations of the Design Organisation and Programme Support functions.
7. Identify effective actions to support or complete tasks proactively and decisively.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, supply chain, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
9. Follow project governance procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
10. Ensure familiarity with project documentation to facilitate successful delivery.
11. Establish and maintain the programme schedule in collaboration with the Engineering Project Lead, ensuring tasks are identified, planned, and resourced.
12. Manage the project risk register (DAREOCI), including risks, exclusions, dependencies, assumptions, and opportunities.
13. Gather necessary information from the project team to maintain project management tools.
14. Support the development of Terms of Reference (TORs).
