What will you be doing as a Sales Manager?
  • Supporting and developing a high-performing sales team through coaching and environment development.
  • Delivering team training tailored to individual needs and preferences.
  • Setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, focusing on both team and individual performance.
  • Communicating across all business areas, embodying company values and ensuring professionalism at each customer journey stage.
  • Staying updated on market trends, competition, and industry developments, translating insights into sales strategies.
  • Participating in recruiting new sales team members, conducting interviews, and making key decisions.
What are we looking for?
  • Experienced people manager with a proven record of coaching and improving sales teams.
  • Ability to create customized coaching plans to enhance skills and performance.
  • Background as a property professional, ideally as a Branch or Area Manager seeking career progression.
  • Proven sales professional with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong work ethic and leadership by example.
