The Role:

At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to "Make it easy for men to dress well," and we can't do that without our specialist teams. We are seeking a Senior Sales Assistant for our Chelmsford store. The contract is for 16 hours per week, with flexibility to work on weekdays and weekends.

What you will be doing:

  • Supporting and leading the sales team to exceed targets, maximize KPIs, and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Using CT selling skills to drive store sales and coaching team members.
  • Managing customer appointments, including wedding party bookings, and ensuring a superb in-store experience.
  • Opening and closing the store as a key holder.
  • Training, coaching, and inducting new Sales Assistants.
  • Handling operational, compliance, and admin tasks to ensure smooth store operations.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in retail or hospitality, with some store management exposure preferred.
  • Key holder experience is advantageous.
  • A passion for customer service and selling.
