Location: 100% Remote, UK Inside IR35

We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer / Principal Developer with expertise in Terraform, Azure, and C# to join our team. This role is remote, based in the UK, and inside IR35 for a long-term project.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure and applications using Terraform, Azure, and C#.
2. Lead and mentor development team members, fostering best practices and technical excellence.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
4. Ensure security, resilience, and performance standards are met across all deliverables.
5. Support continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
6. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
7. Maintain documentation and provide technical support as needed.

Minimum Requirements:
