PH Western Europe Professional Marketing Manager
Job Description
Your Challenge: This role is part of the WE OHC Professional team. The Professional team plays a crucial role within the OHC community and is responsible for developing Sonicare as the most recommended power toothbrush among dental professionals.
This position can be based in the Netherlands or elsewhere in the Western Europe Market.
Your role:
- Develop and implement the Western Europe OHC Professional Strategy in collaboration with the Business Group to promote professional recommendation of the Philips Sonicare brand (MOR) and Zoom Sales.
- Manage the AnP professional marketing budget.
- Ensure professional marketing is integrated into the overall OHC strategy, aligning E2E brand and marketing approaches between local consumer and professional campaigns.
- Coordinate with Zone Professional Marketing teams on their annual activity plans derived from the WEM Professional Strategy, monitor progress on plans & KPIs, and provide guidance to ensure successful execution to drive MOR.
- Encourage experimentation in select Zones to increase MOR, scale successful initiatives within WEM, and share learnings from less successful efforts.
- Organize participation in professional WE events and congresses to engage with the target audience.
- Build and maintain a relevant network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in WE, and expand the WEU KOL advisory board.
- Set guidelines and KPIs for local KOL activities to enhance brand equity, awareness, and promotion among professionals.
- Execute partnerships with relevant European associations, acting as the spokesperson to their boards, and collaborate with local Professional Relations Managers.
- Manage online training tools, develop and localize training content for online Continuing Education (CE) sessions such as webinars.
- Localize global claims and content for L&L and PR content along the Product Development Journey (PDJ) to ensure local relevance, identify content gaps, and coordinate with Business Units on content roadmap and WEM relevance.
- Contribute to the Business clinical roadmap to ensure local relevance, support publication of relevant studies, and co-create professional education tools for internal teams and external training, incorporating latest clinical evidence and new product introductions (NPIs).
- Create a European dental and hygiene guideline for students to promote brand awareness and preference among future professionals; local markets are responsible for execution.
- Define the European professional product portfolio collaboratively with Business Category teams, in partnership with European Business Marketing Managers (BMMs).

- Ability to inspire, develop talent, and foster a positive company culture.
