Job Title: PH Western Europe Professional Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Your Challenge: This role is part of the WE OHC Professional team. The Professional team plays a crucial role within the OHC community and is responsible for developing Sonicare as the most recommended power toothbrush among dental professionals.

Your role:

1. Develop and implement the Western Europe OHC Professional Strategy in collaboration with the BG to promote the Philips Sonicare brand (MOR) and Zoom Sales.
2. Manage the AnP professional marketing budget.
3. Ensure professional marketing is integrated into the overall OHC strategy and align local consumer and professional marketing campaigns.
4. Coordinate with Zone Prof Marketing teams on annual activity plans, track progress, and provide guidance for execution.
5. Encourage experimentation in select Zones to increase MOR and share learnings.
6. Organize participation in professional WE events and congresses to engage with professionals.
7. Build and maintain a network of Key Opinion Leaders and expand the WEU KOL advisory board.
8. Set KPIs for KOL activities to enhance brand awareness and promotion.
9. Partner with European associations and collaborate with Professional Relations Managers.
10. Manage online training tools and develop content for online CE sessions.
11. Localize global claims and content for L&L and PR content, ensuring relevance.
12. Contribute to the clinical roadmap and co-create professional education tools.
13. Create a European dental & hygiene guideline for students to foster brand awareness among future ambassadors.
14. Define the European professional product portfolio in collaboration with Business Category teams.

You're the right fit if:

1. Have 10 years of experience in regional/local Dental Professional marketing.
2. Have experience leading cross-functional teams in complex organizations.
3. Possess strong business acumen and a drive for excellence.
4. Exhibit strong leadership, communication, influencing skills, and natural authority.
5. Have a leadership mindset to guide others and develop talent.
