Description: Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser
Home Based

To be considered for this role, you must hold CeMAP qualification or equivalent.

• On target earnings of £40,000 to £60,000+ per year

What do you need to be good at?

• Engaging with people from all walks of life. You're able to hold conversations to establish their needs and wants. You communicate effectively through email, phone, face-to-face, and on videos for social channels
• Managing multiple responsibilities and tasks through excellent multitasking skills
• Maintaining relationships with vendors, buyers, and developers to capitalize on opportunities while ensuring high customer service and engagement
• Collaborating with peers to build relationships for referrals
• Taking accountability for KPIs by proactively seeking new opportunities and maintaining existing relationships
• Having a strong presence on camera to engage with your audience and maximize reach

Your responsibilities as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser

• Generating and maintaining client relationships and business, maximizing in-branch opportunities
• Following up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team
• Generating your own leads and business
• Collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient client processes
• Providing exceptional client care from start to finish

Working Hours

• Full-time office-based role
• Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00
• Alternate Saturdays 09:00 - 17:00
• Day off in lieu when working a Saturday

Essential qualifications: CeMAP or industry equivalent

Experience: Mortgage and Protection Advising
