Job description

Define product & service requirements based on customer input and related Oil & Gas marine hose applications.

Provide technical training to customers and internal stakeholders.

Offer technical support for claims (quality incidents) and performance issues.

Clarify technical questions and recommend improvements.

Ensure proper documentation of product performance through data collection and analysis.

Support innovation by providing market/customer feedback and understanding customer needs.

Lead and support customer-specific projects in collaboration with all stakeholders.

Apply product engineering tools, including specific requirements, and contribute to improvements.

Close Collaboration With Other BAs And Central Functions

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a technical discipline.

Work experience in R&D, applications engineering, and/or sales engineering.

Experience leading a project team.

Experience in Oil & Gas marine hose applications (off-loading, ship-to-ship, etc.).
