Job Description:

• Define product & service requirements based on customer input and related Oil & Gas Marine hose applications.
• Provide technical training to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Offer technical support for claims (quality incidents) and performance issues.
• Clarify technical questions and recommend improvements.
• Ensure proper documentation of product performance through data collection and analysis.
• Support innovation by providing market/customer feedback and identifying customer needs.
• Lead and support customer-specific projects in collaboration with all stakeholders.
• Apply product engineering tools, including specific requirements, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate closely with other Business Areas and central functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a technical discipline.
• Experience in R&D, applications engineering, and/or sales engineering.
• Experience leading project teams.
• Experience with Oil & Gas marine hose applications (off-loading, ship-to-ship, etc.).
