Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Benefits: 24 days holiday plus bank holidays (subjectto increase with longevity of service). Auto enrolled pensioncontributions.

Job Role:
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Solicitor or CharteredLegal Executive to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you willbe responsible for managing a varied caseload, providing expert legaladvice, and delivering high-quality client service. The role will beprimarily office based due to the nature of the work.
Main Responsibilities:
• To dealeffectively with a caseload of Will and Probate and LPA matters.
• To ensure that cases are properly progressed in terms ofcorrectness of legal advice, accuracy and speed
• To ensurethat good professional relations are maintained with clients andothers.
• To ensure that the cases are dealt with to aconclusion
• To comply with the office management manualprocedures
• To meet fee earning targets
• To superviseand guide support staff.
• To meet requirements with regard totraining hours and to undertake any specific training or refreshercourses as may be required.
• To attend in-house meetings asnecessary in connection with departmental business, administration
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all practice andclients.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
• Qualified Solicitor or Fellow of the CharteredInstitute of Legal Executives (CILEx), with a current practisingcertificate
• Demonstrable post-qualification experience (PQE)in a relevant area of law (e.g. conveyancing, family, litigation,etc.)
• Sound knowledge of the legal system and procedures,including applicable legislation, case law, and regulatory frameworks(e.g. SRA Codes of Conduct)
• Excellent client care andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provideclear, practical legal advice
• Strong legal drafting,negotiation, and analytical skills
• Excellent organisationalabilities, capable of managing a varied caseload with minimalsupervision
• Proficient in using legal case management systemsand common IT tools (e.g. Microsoft Office)
• A proactive andprofessional approach to compliance, risk management, andconfidentiality
