Salary: £45,662 - £48,062 (Inclusive of 10% market supplement)

This is an opportunity to be part of a team that values your experience and dedication! Our vibrant Children and Young People Disability team, within our Outstanding Children's services, seeks a passionate and experienced Social Worker.
We are looking for someone excited to contribute to our innovative service, where children, young people, and families are at the forefront.
Operating across Wiltshire's picturesque landscapes, our 0-18 disability social work service aims to make a positive impact on those requiring ongoing support.
As a key team member, you'll establish strong relationships within children's services and the 18-25 transition service, facilitating seamless transitions. The role involves regular travel across the county to provide accessible support where needed.
We require an experienced registered Social Worker with a thorough understanding of children in care. Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance, safeguarding, assessments, and chairing meetings including Adulthood preparation is essential.

This position includes a 10% market supplement, subject to annual review.
