Description
Reports to: Onboarding Coordinator
Location: Nottingham
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
Based in Nottingham, we are looking to expand our Onboarding Team within our Operations Department due to continued success & growth. We have created an exciting opportunity for a Transfers Advisor, ensuring an excellent standard of service is provided and maintained to our Yu Energy customers. This role requires someone with a ‘Can-do’ attitude, transferable skills, and a growth mindset. What We Need from Yü
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:
  • Outbound calling newly onboarded customers
  • Build strong relationships with other teams across the business
  • Maintain continuity of work operations by documenting & communicating required actions to management; identify irregularities in processes & shape ongoing needs
  • Liaise with non-customer and customer-facing teams to handle complex registration inquiries & resolve them effectively
  • Ensure business processes are robust
  • Provide solutions to a broad range of written and verbal customer inquiries
  • Manage, resolve, and close all customer queries within the agreed timescales
  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of systems and processes to ensure excellent customer experience
  • Monitor, action, and escalate issues as appropriate to ensure timely customer journey completion and keep third parties informed
  • Create accurate records with relevant information to enable requests to be resolved within timelines and standards
