Any 5 from 7 - rotational shifts: 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, and 10pm - 6am

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager to coordinate daily logistics requirements. The ideal candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a clear understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders.

Responsibilities:

• Assist management by monitoring and reporting on warehousing activities and performance.
• Supervise, implement, and coordinate productivity by communicating job expectations to direct reports, ensuring deadlines are met safely and standards of excellence are maintained.
• Support the shop floor team to achieve set results following established standards.
• Coordinate and support the team to adhere to Safety Standards and help reduce health and safety risks.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in people management within a warehouse environment, ideally in FMCG.
• Knowledge of automation is desirable but not essential.
• Proficiency in computer systems, especially warehouse management systems.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to supervise, organize, and train staff.
