Catering Manager - Greenford

Up to £35,000 per annum (DOE)

Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm

40 hours per week

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Catering Manager with a culinary background to join our team in Greenford. You will be providing outstanding service to staff and customers while guiding and motivating your team to excel. As the Catering Manager, you should be commercially aware, with the presence and personality to influence daily operations. Your role will involve maximizing team performance, leading by example, and setting high standards.

Your responsibilities include enhancing sales, delivering excellent customer service, and building strong client relationships to meet their needs and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Preparing high-quality, delicious food that delights clients and customers
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and front of house
• Ensuring proper use of all kitchen machinery and equipment
• Adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
• Completing weekly reports and bookkeeping
• Stock management and ordering

Services include:

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, vending, coffee shop, and retail.

About you:

• Excellent culinary skills with experience in contract catering within a business and industry environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of motivating others
• Experience managing client relationships
• Results-driven with a focus on quality and processes
• IT literate (MS Office, email)
• Business management experience in a kitchen setting
