Due to growth and opportunities in Wales and the South-West, we are recruiting a Managing / Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor with significant experience in Mechanical and Electrical systems to support and grow our M&E cost management team in the region. This role offers the opportunity to lead our MEP services in Wales, working with peers across the business to provide top-tier service.
As a Managing / Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality work driven by excellence and integrity. You will have the opportunity to lead our M&E service offering, supported by our Head of Cost Management and our National Head of M&E services. You'll work on high-profile projects across sectors such as infrastructure, education, corporate real estate, retail, residential, aviation, and healthcare. Building sustainable client relationships and fostering colleagues’ career growth will be key aspects of your role.
