The company specializes in Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (MEP) engineering, with extensive experience across sectors such as commercial, educational, Defence, and Data Centres.

They are seeking a Senior QS with MEP experience to oversee commercial building projects in Central London.

As part of growth, you will be involved in bidding for new projects and managing current and upcoming projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage trade Contractor & Consultant administration alongside Project Managers
• Handle contractual requirements, including roles, responsibilities, and notices for change management, coordinating with the Commercial Manager
• Communicate with clients and third parties on commercial issues, including negotiations for additional monies
• Conduct quarterly internal forecasts of revenue and costs
• Manage costs, revenue, change, risks, and opportunities related to additional works
• Oversee management of sub-contracts affected by additional works
• Administer interim applications and final account processes
• Handle dispute resolution and claims
• Possess working knowledge of contract and commercial law
• Preferably hold RICS accreditation
• Hold a BSc, HND, or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related field
• MEP experience is desirable
• Demonstrate self-motivation, confidence, and good communication skills
• Be a confident decision-maker capable of working under pressure
