CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management.

We are recruiting an experienced Handyman to join the team located in Aberdeen!

The Role
  1. Prepare and apply paint, wallpaper, and other finishes to surfaces.
  2. Repair doors, tables, and other general equipment.
  3. Move and build equipment across the site.
  4. Perform basic electrical works.
  5. Liaise with client representatives regarding maintenance and repair tasks.
  6. Responsible for other building and installation works as required.
  7. Utilize PDA to complete works, communicate, and provide updates.
  8. Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Regulations.

Working Hours
  1. 8am - 5pm
  2. Monday to Friday
  3. Overtime available!
Experience Required
  1. Experience working in a high-profile work environment.
  2. A good attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  3. PC literate.
  4. Good customer relationship skills.
