About the role

Node4 owns and operates three data centres. We control and manage all aspects of our data centres with an impressive record of reliability. Having complete end-to-end control allows Node4 to be flexible and agile to our customers' needs and requirements.

What will you bring?

The role involves various responsibilities within the Data Centre facility. Typical tasks and responsibilities include:

• Monitoring the site and alerts, taking appropriate action to resolve or escalate issues
• Supervising customer access and assisting when required
• Monitoring and maintaining site security
• Supervising contractors onsite
• Rack installations, patching, and installation/removal of cabling cross-connects
• Adhering to processes, policies, and best practices, including safety, security, and operational procedures
• Completing tickets promptly within SLA (alerts, access requests, tasks, remote hands, etc.)
