About The Role

What will you bring?

The role involves various responsibilities within the Data Centre facility, including:

• Monitoring the site and responding to alerts
• Supervising customer access and assisting when required
• Monitoring and maintaining site security
• Supervising contractors onsite
• Rack installations, patching, and cabling
• Following company policies on access, security, and safety
• Completing tickets promptly within SLA
