Position Purpose
Project Managers (PMs) play a leading role in planning, developing, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects. They are responsible for the entire project scope, budget, team, and resources, ensuring the successful completion of each project. The core goals are to achieve “Happy Client, Happy Team, At a Profit”.
Responsibilities
PMs typically spend about 85% of their time managing active projects or bidding, 10% contributing to organizational and departmental improvements, and 5% on continuing education. They may travel approximately 30% of their time to support project delivery.
