Job Description:

We currently have a rare opportunity to join an award-winning, dynamic estate agency. You can be based solely from the Cheltenham office or work across three offices in Gloucester, Cheltenham, or Worcester, spending a few days in each location.

This role supports the busy Property Management team in an administrative capacity, offering excellent opportunities for growth and development. Tasks include managing data entry, liaising with tenants and landlords, coordinating appointments, answering calls, and handling general office administration.

No previous office experience is required as full training will be provided. This role is suitable for individuals from retail, leisure, or hospitality backgrounds looking to transition into an office environment and advance in administration.

Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting Property Managers with administrative tasks
  • Maintaining accurate records on property management software
  • Coordinating and booking maintenance appointments
  • Communicating with tenants, contractors, and landlords via phone and email
  • Processing tenancy renewals, deposit returns, and compliance documents
  • Handling queries and resolving issues
  • Scheduling property visits and preparing reports
  • Assisting the wider lettings team with general admin

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (1-hour lunch); flexible hours possible for the right candidate

Salary: Up to approximately £26,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience
