Job Overview

Manage the operational aspects of Europe-based projects at hospitals as well as regional delivery programs. Ensure all project work is completed in accordance with SOPs, policies, practices, and within budget.

Essential Functions

1. Create, track, and report on project timelines using the approved project application.
2. Produce and distribute status, tracking, and financial reports for internal and external team members and senior management.
3. Handle financial reporting on the project, including tracking deliverables and invoicing.
4. Participate in proposal development and sales/proposal presentations.
5. Monitor and coordinate efforts of cross-functional project teams and resources within and outside the organization.
6. Meet regularly with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
7. Lead problem-solving and resolution efforts.
8. Manage project budgets and approve invoices.
9. Produce and distribute reports and presentation materials.
10. Contribute to project proposals and RFPs.
11. Train and mentor junior Project Managers.
12. Partner with other Project Managers to develop and implement process improvements.
13. Prepare and present project information at meetings.
14. Ensure work is conducted in compliance with policies and meets timeline metrics.
