Commercial Litigation Solicitor (Professional Support Lawyer), 6+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £70,000+ (DOE) –

A new opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor seeking a new challenge in their career. JOB REF: 9823.

THE ROLE:

1. Develop and maintain market-leading precedents, guidance, and resources for a broad range of commercial litigation matters.
2. Lead and support document automation and innovation projects.
3. Provide research support and answer complex legal and technical queries.
4. Create and deliver legal updates and training sessions.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

1. A minimum of 4 years PQE in commercial litigation law or a professional support/knowledge role.
2. A genuine interest in document automation – experience is ideal, but training will be provided.
3. A meticulous approach with excellent drafting and research skills.
4. A team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for collaboration and innovation.
