A leading provider of support services for individuals with learning disabilities committed to empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives is seeking a proactive and creative Support Worker to join their team in Warrington.
This key role involves leading the day-to-day operation of a vibrant on-site coffee shop, offering a supportive and engaging environment where individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs can build confidence, develop life skills, and gain real-world hospitality experience. Through hands-on activities such as food preparation, customer service, and cash handling, you will coach and empower learners to increase their independence and pursue personal development goals.
You will also be responsible for managing stock, finances, and in-shop promotions, while leading a team of staff and volunteers to ensure a safe, inclusive, and person-centred experience that reflects the organisations values of respect, dignity, and growth.

You will be working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Appointment will be subject to DBS clearance, right to work checks and satisfactory references.
