IT & Network Support Technician

We are offering a prestigious opportunity within a growing technology team for an IT & Network Support Technician. This role is dedicated to 1st line IT support and a Network Connectivity project in collaboration with our 3rd Party IT Provider. You will need a driving licence to travel to various local sites for support purposes.

Responsibilities:

1. Providing technical support to end users, ensuring the smooth operation of LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi environments
2. Supporting the implementation and management of company ICT systems
3. Deploying, managing, and supporting ICT hardware, software, and networks
4. Developing and maintaining technical documentation of systems configurations following installations
5. Ensuring ICT systems are safe, secure, and reliable

Requirements:

• Experience providing 1st/2nd line ICT support
• Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, or VPNs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10/11 and MS Office 365
• Troubleshooting skills for both remote and on-site issues
• Ability to develop and maintain systems documentation
• Full UK Driving Licence to travel to customer sites
