Job Title: Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you will be a dedicated and experienced retail professional responsible for leading by example and inspiring our retail colleagues to maximize sales and deliver excellent customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the store is well merchandised, continuously seeking ways to develop and improve business performance within your departments, and working closely with the Store Manager.

You should possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate a coaching management style that is clear, open, and honest, and ensure retail colleagues are trained to the highest standards, with the ability to take corrective action when necessary.

The successful candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, a proven record of meeting targets, and be career-focused and self-motivated to get the best from your team.
