Novaris Search is excited to partner with a renowned UK-based contract manufacturer at the forefront of health & beauty product innovation. They are currently developing a diverse range of products for multiple globally-known brands and retailers. They are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead new and existing customer projects, guiding them from concept to commercialization to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all product-related projects, including internal initiatives and external customer tech transfers.
• Drive Timely Execution: Create and oversee project timelines and communications from concept to launch.
• Establish and ensure high quality standards, assess risks, and manage project scope effectively.
• Resource Optimization: Allocate and monitor resources to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Proactive Reporting: Communicate outcomes and risks; escalate issues as needed.
• Client Engagement: Hands-on management of multiple client activities while guiding departmental teams, chairing weekly meetings, and ensuring clarity on action items.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or related fields.
• 4+ years of Project Management experience in manufacturing (contract manufacturing preferred).
• Familiarity with cGMP, Nutraceutical, Packaging or Food/Beverage industries is ideal.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams.
