Novaris Search is excitingly partnered with a renowned UK-based contract manufacturer at the forefront of health & beauty product innovation, currently developing a diverse range of products for multiple globally-known brands and retailers. They are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to champion new and existing customer projects, guiding them from concept to commercialisation to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all product-related projects, including internal initiatives and external customer tech transfers
• Drive Timely Execution: Create and oversee project timelines and communications from concept to launch
• Establish and ensure high quality standards, assess risks, and manage project scope effectively
• Resource Optimization: Allocate and monitor resources to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Proactive Reporting: Communicate outcomes and risks; escalate issues as needed.
• Client Engagement: Hands-on management of multiple client activities while guiding departmental teams, chairing weekly meetings ensuring clarity on action items

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or related
• 4+ years of Project Management experience in manufacturing (contract manufacturing )
• Familiarity with cGMP, Nutraceutical, Packaging or Food/Beverage industries ideally
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to lead, motivate and manage teams
