To succeed as a MIFID Project Manager, you should have experience with:
- Regulatory Project Management (e.g., MIFID, EMIR, CFTC, SEC) working on change delivery initiatives.
- The ability to understand, interpret, and adapt project or programme approaches to suit the business context; including planning & execution, risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, influence, and management at all levels.
- Comprehensive understanding of the front-to-back trade lifecycle within an Investment Bank and knowledge of core IB products.
Additional valued skills include:
- Experience leading major regulatory implementations (MIFID, EMIR, SEC, CFTC).
- Strong understanding of Capital Markets and Banking (IB) products, with prior experience delivering regulatory projects.
- Ability to monitor and improve processes and outcomes of change initiatives.
