To succeed as a MIFID Project Manager, you should have experience with:
- Regulatory Project Management (e.g., MIFID, EMIR, CFTC, SEC) working on change initiatives.
- The ability to interpret, adapt, and manage project or program approaches to fit the business context; including planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, influence, and senior stakeholder management.
- A comprehensive understanding of the front-to-back trade lifecycle within an Investment Bank and knowledge of core IB products.
Additional valued skills include:
- Experience with major regulations and leading their implementation (MIFID, EMIR, SEC, CFTC).
- Strong understanding of Capital Markets and Banking (IB) products, with prior regulatory project delivery experience.
- Capability to monitor and improve processes and outcomes of change initiatives.
