Job Description

CK Group is recruiting for a Cloud DevSecOps Engineer to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry at their site in Wrexham on a 12-month contract.

Salary: £26.52 - £35.27 per hour PAYE.

Role:

1. Support the business in managing the cloud infrastructure of Atom5 cloud software.
2. Oversee, monitor, document, and improve security practices related to Azure Cloud and network infrastructure.
3. Take initiative in automation activities of development and release processes, code and artifact management, and Continuous Integration and Deployment.
4. Support compliance and quality teams in documenting processes related to Atom5 QA, infrastructure, and security setup/practices.

Your Background:

• Understanding of the Linux user space.
• Proficiency in scripting using Bash or Python and networking.
• Experience with public cloud offerings from major providers (Azure experience is a plus).
• Experience managing metrics, monitoring, alerting, and logging systems (e.g., Sensu, Graphite, ELK, Prometheus, CloudWatch).
