Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist (3-6 months)

Our client is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead their end-to-end recruitment process in a fast-paced environment. If you thrive on creativity and innovation in sourcing candidates, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  1. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire Talent Acquisition process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  2. Sourcing Talent: Use various sourcing methods to attract high-quality candidates aligned with our client's brand values, including direct sourcing and networking.
  3. Innovative Strategies: Develop and implement new methods to attract external candidates through professional networking, employee referrals, and market mapping on LinkedIn.
  4. Brand Ambassadorship: Promote our strong brand ethos and unique company culture, highlighting the competitive compensation package.
  5. Technology Use: Utilize Workday daily to manage recruitment processes efficiently and effectively.
  6. Candidate Assessment: Review CVs, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  7. Partnership Building: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and People Business Partners, acting as a resourcing partner and providing insights.
  8. Agency Collaboration: Manage relationships with agencies, universities, and job boards to explore opportunities aligned with business needs.

  1. Experience: Proven internal recruitment experience.
  2. LinkedIn Proficiency: Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and engaging talent.
  3. Proactive Attitude: Initiative-driven mindset capable of driving results.
  4. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a people-first approach for positive interactions with candidates and stakeholders.
