Who We’re Seeking to Join Our Team:

The successful candidate holds 10+ years of experience in a senior project management, marketing, buying, merchandising, or research and insight role and will lead all or our UK and Ireland industry defining research programmes. Current or recent experience of the UK grocery industry is essential, with a strong retailer background.

What Success Looks Like in this Role:

The PRCSD leads the design and delivery of all Advantage benchmarking programmes in the UK & Ireland. They will collaborate with UK programme management, operations, and client service teams to manage research programmes from design to report delivery. The role involves working with colleagues globally and developing relationships with Retailers, Wholesalers, and Operators to retain key clients and grow new business.

Project Design & Management Excellence:
  • Coordinate with leadership and programme teams to ensure timely and high-quality programme execution.
  • Manage local activities for research design, execution, and reporting.
  • Communicate with clients to ensure data quality and milestone achievement.
Research Excellence:
  • Gather research requirements and ensure they are incorporated into programme setup.
  • Verify data processing and reporting specifications.
  • Monitor survey responses and coverage, making adjustments as needed.
Insights and Client-Service Support:
  • Ensure delivery of insightful reports aligned with client needs.
  • Develop and commercialize relationships with Retailers, Wholesalers, and Operators.
What We’re Looking For:
  • University degree
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in the grocery industry
  • Knowledge of retail, digital, and wholesale channels is desirable
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with BI tools like Tableau is a plus
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
UK & Ireland Structure:

This role reports to the Managing Director for UK and Ireland and is part of the Senior Leadership Team.

Location:

This position is home-based in the UK, with regular travel to the Yeovil office and client sites. Travel and overnight stays are supported.
