Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, setting clear objectives and fostering professional growth.
• Shape the vision for global stewardship operations and technology platforms, ensuring best-in-class proxy voting and governance practices.
• Develop and implement innovative technology and process solutions to enhance stewardship impact.
