Job Title: Project Coordinator - Home Care Division

We’re seeking a highly organized individual to join a fast-paced team, focusing on project management within the Home Care division. This role is essential for maintaining smooth workflow, facilitating briefings, communication, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Workflow Management & Documentation:
   • Coordinate daily team huddles and keep the Kanban board updated.
   • Triaging and assigning work/briefs.
   • Ensure deadlines are met by coordinating briefs in progress.
   • Follow up with brands for assets and feedback, and unblock issues.
   • Maintain Notion documentation and manage asset bank.
   • Organize file sharing and upload workflows.
   • Distribute weekly brand updates to liaisons.
2. Brief Management:
   • Ensure briefs are complete, qualified, and properly documented.
   • Coordinate and file assets for accessibility.
   • Keep Kanban brief information current.
3. Quality Assurance & Feedback:
   • Review outgoing work against briefs and feedback.
   • Gather and implement stakeholder feedback.
4. Team Management:
   • Manage operations and team members working on assigned brands.
   • Review deliverables, identify improvements, and suggest upskilling opportunities.
   • Assist in managing team budget and demonstrating ROI.
5. Brand Knowledge & Relationships:
   • Learn and adhere to brand design principles.
   • Serve as a point of contact for brand team information.
   • Build and maintain relationships with brand teams to ensure service quality.

This role reports to the Project Director and is responsible for delivering projects, managing stakeholders, and optimizing team productivity within the Home Care division.
