Job Description

We offer various agreement options ranging from 8 to 16 hours per week, tailored to your experience and career goals. These paid gym hours help you build a client base through MOVE sessions, gym events, challenges, group classes, and general customer service duties.

Our focus is on supporting new member sales, member retention, and supporting the wider team on secondary products that enhance profitability. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation is essential. As your client base grows, you can reduce gym floor hours to maximize your PT earnings.

Note: Not all clubs currently offer hourly options; in such cases, freelance options are available.
