As a Digital Learning Consultant, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a group of learners working towards the successful and timely achievement of their apprenticeship programme.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coach and support a caseload of learners through their Digital Product Management apprenticeship.
2. Collaborate with internal Learning Specialists and course developers to ensure learners successfully achieve their apprenticeship on time.
3. Provide clear and detailed written feedback on learning activities and goal completion.
4. Support learners online across various modules, specifically helping them apply their skills to their current roles.

About you:

• Recent industry experience in a Digital Product Manager role.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant product management principles.
• Ability to analyze business structures to determine operations and objectives.
• Familiarity with current Product Management methodologies.
• Understanding of the product delivery lifecycle.
• Ability to mentor and coach learners through their apprenticeships.
• Organized approach with capacity to handle a large caseload.
• Strong written skills for data recording and feedback.
