Senior Data Product Owner – Wealth

We are recruiting a Senior Data Product Owner to join the Chief Information Office (CIO) – Investments, Wealth and Retirement (IWR) team. The role focuses on delivering new customer journeys, continuous improvement, and enhancing customer experience for our Wealth business, supporting digital, operational, marketing, and analytical use cases.

The Data Product Owner acts as a liaison between business, data, and delivery teams, ensuring alignment on objectives, requirements, and customer experience. The role requires a skilled data and change practitioner with a proven track record in crafting product roadmaps that promote growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing new customer journeys and understanding customer needs through data analysis.
• Translating business vision into actionable requirements and solutions.
• Improving customer journeys underpinned by the Salesforce CRM platform.
• Defining and communicating product vision and strategy.
• Maintaining a prioritized roadmap aligned with customer needs and business goals.
• Supporting decision-making and supporting project lifecycle from feasibility to post-launch.

Skills and experience required:

• Experience using data to enhance customer experience in a Wealth environment.
• Knowledge of data principles for operational, regulatory, and strategic purposes.
• Experience delivering change in Salesforce CRM or similar platforms.
• Proactive approach with Agile methodologies.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to solve business problems through data-led solutions.
