About the job:

This role requires deep technical understanding, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. You will collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define roadmaps, requirements, and launch new products. It’s an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to contribute to impactful launches in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to post-launch analysis. Manage backlogs, define user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements. Evaluate solutions and prioritize features based on feasibility, impact, and value.
• Conduct market research and customer discovery to understand value propositions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of quality features, organize testing, and gather feedback.

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a technical role.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with agile tools like Jira, Asana.
• Strong understanding of microservices, P2P systems, JavaScript.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities remotely.
• Ability to define, track, and report KPIs; experience with A/B testing is a plus.
• Experience with AI and P2P projects is a plus.
• Hands-on JavaScript development experience (Node.js, React, Angular) is a plus.
