Senior Project Manager - Residential Main Contractor - Maidenhead - £55 million Project

Future Build Recruitment is currently working with a Tier One Residential Contractor to recruit a Senior Project Manager for a new scheme just outside Maidenhead.

The opportunity is to lead this scheme from the outset and then form an integral part of their senior delivery team in the medium to long term having successfully delivered this major project for a valued client.

The Project:

£55 million New Build Housing scheme comprising apartments, masionettes and houses of both RC Frame and Trad build construction. The will also be various community elements in addition to the 400+ residential units.

The Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing £30m + projects from start to finish as No. on site and be used to managing a site team managers, reporting into Director level. They will have responsibility for creating programs, leading on health & Safety and quality as well as evaluating all risks involved in the project and driving value. They will also have regular direct contact with the client and should be used to chairing regular progress meetings with various project stakeholders.
