Job description

Job Title: Success Coach

Location: Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft

Hours: Full Time – 37hpw

Contract: Permanent – Term Time Only (40 weeks)

Salary: Band G – £24,990 to £26,520 FTE (depending on qualifications and experience)

The role of a Success Coach is vital in equipping students with skills for independent learning, encouraging progression, and ensuring active engagement to maximize their personal and professional success.

Working closely with a team of experienced tutors, you will manage your time to work with students in 1:1 and group settings, developing strategies to enhance student achievement in line with college standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and lead tutorials covering Personal Social Development (PSD)
• Monitor and promote attendance, behaviour, and punctuality
• Encourage aspirations and progression within and outside of ECC
• Provide pastoral and exam support, and staff cover as needed
