Slater & Gordon is currently recruiting for an experienced Lawyer to join our award-winning Clinical Negligence team in Liverpool.

Dealing with a variety of complex cases that stem from misdiagnoses or failure to diagnose, such as spinal injury, brain injury, surgical errors, and incorrect treatment, our team is highly ranked within Chambers and the Legal 500, and has won individual awards for high-profile cases.

We are seeking an individual with 0-3 years PQE in clinical negligence claims, experienced in managing their own caseload, including litigated cases.

The ideal candidate will be a technically strong lawyer, demonstrating empathy and excellent interpersonal skills. There may also be opportunities to work on more complex issues, assist the wider team, and advise junior colleagues.

Working alongside support staff of Paralegals and Legal Assistants, you should be able to provide excellent client service, managing matters through to trial and handling complex casework.
