Job Description:

QEHS Assistant – (Reporting and Administration)

This hybrid role based at Pirin Court – E16 supports the Telent Transport Asset Management business in maintaining high standards of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Assurance in compliance with UK legislation, directives, operational requirements, and customer standards.

The QEHS Assistant will work under the mentorship of the QEHS Manager to develop knowledge and skills by assisting with process implementation, minimizing injury risks, and promoting a robust QEHS management culture.

Key Deliverables:
  • Manage QEHS KPI Data and Reporting using Microsoft Power Platform and Office Suite
  • Maintain Planned QEHS Briefings with software such as Page Tiger
  • Collaborate with departments to enhance KPI reporting
  • Participate actively in meetings and document minutes
  • Develop QEHS knowledge and skills
  • Support areas including contract portfolios, KPI gap analysis, incident investigations, campaigns, workshops, documentation, and root cause analysis
Responsibilities:
  • Administer QEHS KPI Data
  • Monitor and report on QEHS performance
  • Promote good QEHS practices
  • Support client relationships
  • Ensure compliance with EHS legislation and industry standards
