QEHS Assistant

Role: QEHS Assistant – (Reporting and Administration)

Location: Hybrid – Pirin Court – E16

This role involves supporting the Telent Transport Asset Management business to achieve high standards in Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Assurance, in accordance with UK legislation, directives, operational requirements, and customer standards.

The QEHS Assistant will be mentored by the QEHS Manager to develop knowledge and experience by assisting operations with process implementation aligned with industry best practices, minimizing injury risks, and promoting an effective QEHS culture and management systems.

Key Deliverables:
  • Manage QEHS KPI Data and Reporting using Microsoft Power Platform and Office Suite
  • Maintain Planned QEHS Briefings using software like Page Tiger
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance KPI reporting
  • Participate actively in internal and external meetings
  • Record and distribute minutes at QEHS meetings
  • Develop QEHS knowledge, experience, and skills
  • Support areas such as:
  • Portfolio management for contracts
  • KPI Gap analysis
  • Incident Investigations
  • Campaigns and Workshops
  • Production of QEHS documentation
  • 8D Root Cause Analysis
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee QEHS KPI Data Administration
  • Monitor and report on QEHS Performance
  • Promote good QEHS practices
  • Support internal and external client relationships
  • Ensure compliance with EHS legislation and industry standards
  • Assist operational staff with QEHS matters
