DIGITAL MANAGER

L'Oréal is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Manager to lead our online strategies and deliver impactful results. If you're a data-driven innovator with a passion for digital and a proven success record, we invite you to advance your career with this exciting opportunity.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
  1. Collaborate with brand teams (local and global) to plan digital service deployment.
  2. Act as the point of contact for the cross-divisional digital and marketing team (CDMO) to share service performance, best practices, and optimizations.
  3. Identify and execute opportunities to improve our digital services and align with wider strategy.
  4. Support initiatives to increase footfall, retention, and service value through digital services.
  5. Enhance brand website traffic by working with SEO experts and media teams, managing technical implementations, and optimizing performance.
  6. Manage web content workflows, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  7. Be the divisional expert for tools like Sitecore, Glassbox, and Google Analytics, supporting team upskilling.
  8. Establish sampling strategies with ecommerce and brand teams.
  9. Support content creation and digital upskilling via our professional education platform, "Access".
  10. Contribute to the Digital Advisory Board (DAB), driving innovation and stakeholder engagement.
  11. Provide insights and analysis on tech and service performance to leadership.

  1. Experienced in digital team environments.
  2. Comfortable working within a flexible framework.
  3. Test and learn mentality, comfortable with failure and success.
  4. Autonomous worker.
  5. Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and projects.
  6. Excellent communicator, able to simplify complex ideas.
  7. Proficient with tools like Google Analytics, website content management, and performance metrics.
  8. Proactive, tenacious, and passionate about digital innovation.
  9. Experience managing agency relationships and working within budgets with ROI targets.
