Job Description:
  • The Role: Manage the Education and Training Centre daily operations, coordinate training administration, and provide secretarial and administrative support to the Training Team.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Educated to SVQ3 or equivalent experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer care, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience with database setup and maintenance
  • Proficiency in IT systems including Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and internet
  • Ability to prioritize work and work with diverse groups of people

Note: A full UK/EU/EEA driving license is required where applicable.

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in a training/learning environment
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in changing environments
  • Experience with bespoke IT systems and database maintenance
Contract Details:

Permanent, Part-Time (22.5 hours/week). Salary is pro-rata.

Location & Working Pattern:

Based in the Learning & Organisational Development department at Kirklands - NHS Lanarkshire Headquarters. Working days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
