We’re looking for a Director of Change who can deliver at pace from day one. The change agenda is set, the expectations are high, and the focus is on impact. At A2Dominion, we are not just a concept; it's a decisive force driving measurable improvements across our services. We’re navigating complexity across our services, systems, and ways of working. This role will lead and embed a strategic change portfolio that cuts across the entire organisation, ensuring initiatives are aligned, measured, and delivered with purpose.

You’ll report into the CIO and lead a high-performing team across Change Delivery, PMO, and Business Analysis. Your role is to create momentum, build resilience, and ensure we stay focused on the outcomes that matter to our customers, residents, and colleagues.

What You’ll Lead
  1. The execution of our enterprise-wide change strategy, fully aligned to organisational priorities
  2. A structured change delivery framework, with clear governance and accountability
  3. A complex portfolio of programmes, ensuring prioritisation, benefit realisation and stakeholder alignment
  4. High-performing teams who bring expertise, challenge, and drive to every project
  5. Cross-functional partnerships with senior leaders to embed change that is people-centred, digitally enabled and sustainable
  6. Organisational capability through coaching, mentoring and structured support for leaders and teams
  7. Performance dashboards and reporting that bring clarity, focus, and transparency to Exec and Board conversations
  8. A culture of innovation, continuous improvement and future-focused thinking
What You Bring
  • A proven track record delivering major change and transformation across regulated or customer-focused sectors
  • A strong command of change methodologies (Agile, Prosci, MSP, PRINCE2) and programme delivery in complex settings
  • Excellent strategic, commercial and leadership skills – able to balance detail with direction
  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and influencing at Exec and Board level
  • Experience managing large budgets and making data-led, benefit-driven decisions
  • Understanding of enterprise platforms (Microsoft Dynamics) and digital transformation
  • Experience embedding continuous improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma) and leading organisational redesign
