We’re looking for a Director of Change who can deliver at pace from day one. The change agenda is set, the expectations are high, and the focus is on impact. This role will lead and embed a strategic change portfolio that cuts across the entire organisation, ensuring initiatives are aligned, measured, and delivered with purpose.
You’ll report into the CIO and lead a high-performing team across Change Delivery, PMO, and Business Analysis. Your role is to create momentum, build resilience, and ensure we stay focused on the outcomes that matter to our customers, residents, and colleagues.
